Guest checkout needs no account or SMS verification. We collect your name, mobile number, delivery address and PIN code to review your request, confirm availability and delivery, fulfil the order and provide support. Email is optional. Your mobile number and checkout email are not verified.
Requests are stored in our private Cloudflare-hosted order database and are visible to authorised IndiaFx administrators through AIFX. Support may contact you about your request. Checkout does not subscribe you to marketing or send paid SMS.
Order requests remain unpaid until IndiaFx confirms stock and the final total. Standard India delivery is free. When enabled, secure payment is handled by Cashfree: we send the confirmed amount, order identifier and mobile number to process your payment. Cashfree collects payment details in its hosted checkout; IndiaFx does not collect or store card or bank credentials. Payment is confirmed only after server-side verification.
Your tracking link contains a secret key. Anyone with the complete link can view the request status and items, but the tracking response does not include your delivery address, mobile or email. Keep the link private. Tracking keys are stored as hashes on our server. Your browser saves a small list of private tracking links and your shopping bag on this device; clearing site data removes those local copies.
When available, Google sign-in is optional and starts only when you choose it. We use your Google account identifier and verified Google email for a secure account session and your linked orders. We do not request Gmail, contacts or Drive access. Guest orders are not linked merely because an email matches; their private tracking key is required. Signing out ends that account session.
Customer addresses, phone numbers, email, Google credentials and private tracking keys are not sent to Google Analytics. Optional site analytics is controlled separately through Privacy & analytics. We retain order records for fulfilment, customer support and applicable recordkeeping. Short-lived abuse counters use hashes rather than plain phone numbers. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion, subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements.
